To start, we plan on interviewing individuals about their current knowledge and pose a few "what if" scenarios to see where they stand on prevention procedures and removal procedures of bed bugs. Since I know of the home owning business,it will be easier to find people who show a legitimate concern for bed bugs. Beyond that, there are also a few peers I can consult that have had to deal with bed bugs which will aid in our research greatly.
